I have set the uploader to allow PDFs and JPGs but when I try it as a user, all PFDs are greyed out.
This is what I have got in the settings: pdf,jpg
Why won’t it let me use PFDs?

If I deleted and reinstalled the plugin would I lose the 5+ contact forms I already have?

This was looking promising, I installed the Allow PHP plugin, then the dcoda but i get the following error:
Fatal error: Class ‘boilerplate_default’ not found in C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\htdocs\wp-content\plugins\wp-boilerplate\library\base\application.php on line 118
Tis happens if I install through the Network Admin or Putting it straight on the server…
Any ideas?

I have just found this post as I am looking for an alternative for Sniplets as I am having similar media uploader issues after upgrading to 3.3.1
So Shortcodes UI & Deans FCK editors works… I will give them a try thanks!

So one by one adding the plugins back, activating them and testing the uploader:
- cforms – TICK
- Fexi Page Widget – TICK
- Google Analytics
- Post Tabs
- Simple Page Ordering – TICK
- Smart Youtube PRO – TICK
- Theme Switch – TICK
- Vimeo HTML5 shortcode – TICK
- WordPress.com Stats – TICK
- WP-Table Reloaded – TICK
All working find until: Sniplets (a great little plugin for adding sniplets of code to your pages) this seems to be the culprit, making the uploader not work!
Damn.. I like that one… now to do a search for an alternative!

Thanks for the prompt reply, I have just followed the instructions and the uploader now works, but when i set it back it reverts to te same issue.
Might try backing up the plugins folder, deleting everthing in there and starting afresh…
