Once I chose to have plugins appear on the home page before posts (they were previously below the teaser), the problem disappeared.

I then reverted to the previous settings (the plugins placed after the teaser) and it works correctly. The message no longer appears.

Clicking the button provided doesn’t do anything because I haven’t changed any settings.
There were no problems in previous versions.
