However, I cannot see the following options in the plugin interface as mentioned earlier in this post:
“I’ll add a switch to the options, so you can choose from the following:
1. insert users with duplicate email addresses,
2. insert the new user with a partial random email address like 908juiujjd8-firstname.lastname@domain.tld

Also I would like them to know that they can subscribe/un-subscribe to my feed burner email service anytime?
If this is also not appropriate then can I just put a note at the comment section that by posting comment you will get an occasional administrative email?

text-transform: lowercase;
in my style.css. But even after changing it to:text-transform: capitalize;
it didn’t help. Also the way my themes call the pages in header.php is quite different. I don’t see any wp_list_pages function in it.

Culprit: http://www.freetimefoto.com/add_post_footer_plugin_wordpress
Remove the above plugin and all your problem disappear…
