I was searching for a solution to the same issue for my site (theciva.wordpress.com). And I finally found it and thought you’ll need it too. So here what you need to do:
1. go to WP-dashboard (site-url.com/wp-admin)
2. Go to appearance > Mobile
3. Turn off “Mobile Version”.
