not sure why, but problem resolved itself

I get to the system tweaks and uncheck all of them. once i choose save it save Security error!

Help please!

a bit more detail. i have the latest version of wordpress installed 3.4.1. also the latest version of the plugin. i can’t deactivate any plugins. it just gives me that error mentioned above.
it is weird that the site is just running so slow. it seems like it is trying to find something but it just having a hard time.
