    Good thought, but I don’t think that’s the problem.

    The machine I’m uploading from (Windows Vista home PC) only has one account. I also only have one FTP account on my webhost. Plus, all the other files go fine. Even if I extract the wp-load.php from the archive and upload it immediately, I still get the same error.

    Oh, and I didn’t use the 1&1 one-click install. Did it myself via FTP. I’ve read about all the problems with 1&1 but since I haven’t exactly pushed the edge of the envelope, so to speak, with what I’m doing I haven’t had any problems.

    What I’m trying to “fix” is on the left side of the page, there are two buttons for “Home” and “About” – How do I add more buttons?
