Just updating everyone in case this happens to you:
I had to use tech55541’s solution to remove the wp-under construction plugin. However, I happened to also have my theme’s maintenance plug in in use as well (head slap)
So I went to my email as I had recently changed the password to my admin and using that link it brought me to the login screen.
