Thank you for the response… I have looked at that information several times and still cannot figure it out.
I not only need a new password, but I don’t even know what the username is to gain access to our website. If I try to have password reset it will be emailed to an address for someone that is no longer with our company. Ion’t even know what address it is either.
I am so frustrated. I’m sure this has happened before and there has to be an easier way.
