Thank you for your response. We discovered that our events didn’t show on the events list page because they require membership (via the related Paid Memberships Pro – Events Add On). Our goal is to show the events, but require membership to register. We had enabled “Show Excerpts to Non-Members?” via the Advanced Settings of Paid Memberships Pro – Events Add On, however, we also had to set
“Filter searches and archives?” to No, to allow non-members to see the events on the events page. It would be ideal if we didn’t have to make that change for all searches and archives, however, this config should work for now.

    Marcel,

We are also experiencing this issue – our media gallery no longer displays the preview of the images – however, they are still visible on the pages and posts.

Here is the data you requested from the original query. We have omitted the Site URL for privacy.

Have you ever experienced your plugin overwriting an existing .htaccess file?

At some point between April 30 and today, May 9, we experienced the same issue with our site. We are currently running Version 4.7.4. Customers reported today that they were unable to add products to the cart (woocommerce). Instead, only the error, “Invalid value posted for Color” was displayed. Luckily, our client only has 2 products with options. We had to re-create the Color attribute, and then reassign them to their respective variables.
I’d like to know why the update affected the attributes and if there is something we can do to avoid this in future upgrades.

Maeve, it’s possible that the issue was a combination of the Yoast SEO Plugin, and our customized theme, based on the Spacious theme.

    Thanks so much Maeve!

We discovered that WordPress SEO by Yoast was the plugin creating the js conflicts.

We have disabled that plugin and WP Knowledgebase search is working as expected.

    Thank you for your guidance!

My apologies Maeve! Can you send me your IP address so I can add an exception? We aren’t ready to share the site with the world just yet.

You can email me directly at katie@ninthvector.com

I have confirmed that this plugin is not compatible with our customized theme, based on the Spacious theme.

When we begin typing in the search field, we get a blank page displaying only the year ‘2015’.

You can preview this issue here: http://www.thecollegeofpodiatrymmdc.co.uk/knowledgebase/phenol-podiatrists-pregnancy/

We’d really like to use this plugin, as well as retain our customized theme. We appreciate any suggestions!
