I had a similar issue. It could find my tweets, but wouldn’t post my 2 newest posts. I tried changing the order that they displayed (newest first or oldest first) and it doesn’t change.
I have also updated, deactivated & reactivated, and uninstalled. It’s a professional site so I can’t keep the plugin up when there are other tools that are working, but I thought I would log the issue here for the developer’s information.
I am running WP 2.7.1
It works in neither IE nor FF.
