Regarding screenshots, thanks, I did realize that was an option, just a frustrating one when already dealing with a bug.

In reply to: Block appearing in preview that is nowhere in editorWell, I finally found it through poking around in a different area of the theme customizer. The regular editor does not have access to several “features” in the theme. These are parsed off to be set up/edited elsewhere (but then unfortunately don’t even display at all in the actual page editor, so you don’t really know what your page is going to look like until these additional features are inserted in preview mode (and live mode I assume).

In reply to: Block appearing in preview that is nowhere in editorIt’s the Astra theme. I can’t find any way to contact support, that’s why I posted here. This thing is just embedded somewhere that’s not accessible. It can’t be moved, edited, or removed. It’s just stuck there, displaying on top of the expected content.
There’s zero reason anything like this should be fixed/static like this. Even if someone wanted to use this tool, how would they even set up the link for the CTA button? And ensure the stupid thing isn’t displaying as overlayed on top of the navigation menu?
