To second question: the first row of your .htaccess file locks indexes. Means, the WEB server will not show the exactly files in this directory. Unlocking this, you do a deauty gift to crackers, sniffing around your site.

You must modify the main WP query to not include these posts, if the member/visitor can not have access to them. Not so easy, but possible.
You must update your s2M Paypal buttons/forms too, as when they was generated, they get the existing URL of the site, which was the IP, at the time of generating. But now site’s URL is a domain, and s2M don’t provide need URL to Paypal. So just create new forms or buttons.
