I’m with you on this. Actually, I’d settle for an alternative where the staff actually respond to all tickets, rather than only selected ones.
@calumallison, while I understand that you are busy, kindly let me know if you intend to respond to my support request as well, or if I should devote my energy to finding an alternative membership plugin.
@calumallison, I realize that you are overrun with fixes for the update but this is a critical one for me, and it seems that I am not the only user with the issue.
Kindly assign a member of your team to assist on this thread?
Update for 2.0.8:
1. From member directory page, signed in admin can edit own profile and other member profiles successfully by clicking on the Edit Profile button. However, navigating to a specific profile, gear icon -> Edit profile gives “The requested URL /user/ was not found on this server.”
2. Despite being able to edit profiles via Edit Profile button on member directory page, once the user profile is in edit mode, clicking on posts and comments tabs also returns “The requested URL /user/ was not found on this server.”This appears to confirm that this is not a plugin conflict or user error issue, correct?
Nope, not yet. Thanks for the suggestions.
Ah ok thanks. Any idea where I can get hold of 1.3.88?
Thanks for the suggestion, Cory!
When I do that, I get really unexpected behaviour, a completely different link is opened. Very strange but at least it isn’t a 404 error.
When I change back to my “usual” permalink structure (post name) the error returns.
Did you manage to get your issue resolved at all?
I am experiencing the same issue. The fields are visible in the form builder and the form builder preview, but the moment I view the page on the frontend, they disappear.
I actually created a clean installation using a default theme and no other plugins so this is not a conflict.
