  • Same issue here as well. I’m now receiving multiple duplicate emails as my visitors can’t tell if their form has been submitted without the “Thank You” message showing.

I’ve the tracking form submission code set up as specified: “on_sent_ok: “ga(‘send’, ‘event’, ‘Contact Form’, ‘submit’);”.

    Please help!

Sorry I wasn’t clear. The form fields are already made required, and there was even recaptcha and acceptance fields. However, by just checking the acceptance field and clicking submit form, the download link button would be shown.

So the form is not submitted but the download buttons are shown. In fact, the download button is shown after every field.

Is there something I’m not doing right?

Hi, it matters because the download is accessible readily once someone is made aware of the direct download link. Meaning once the person has the download link, he/she can just copy/paste and anyone can download without submitting a form. I’ve just tried it.

Also, I realised the download button shows even though a field value is invalid. How to resolve this?
