and thats You want right? You can do this in options. under privacy (or something) choose last and type in:
/%category%/%postname%/
http://www.ispot.pl and on the right side find “bez kategorii” and click it and look at “www” address

try all in one seo pack – that will help
also something like that in config %category%/%postname% and will be good (just like on my site)
