Ah, my bad.
It works on the remote server, so its okay.
I wonder what the problem could be when I run it local.
“AddDefaultCharset UTF-8” had no effect.
But thanks for the help anyway 🙂

ok, for now I’ve only used Apache xampp, but I will upload my site, and post a link.
