My apologies on the multiple postings. Completely my fault. I did not realize I posted that many duplicates. I will tread lightly in the future.

I am experiencing the same symptoms with “Add Gallery / Images”.
Windows 7
IE 9
Blank screen.
Nothing on page to upload / No form elements.
Firefox works correctly.
