In reply to: [Redux Framework] Parse error – can’t access site or adminThat is an error that is thrown when the PHP version is lesser than 7.1.
Redux Framework required, at minimum, PHP v7.1. v8.0 is recommended. You’ll need to update your PHP. If you don’t know how to do that, you’ll have to contact whomever does support for your hosting.
Good luck.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Google Fonts issueThat image tells me nothing, sir. I see a drop-down not opened whose default font isn’t a Google font. I know nothing about your server, your setup, your file permissions, version information. Error logs from the PHP error log file or dev console. Nothing.
Since I foresee this being a situation where I’m going to spend several days attempting to get pertinent information from you, let’s get it all at once. Please go to this page: https://redux.io/support/ PLEASE read ALL the instructions and fill out the form properly. Please, do NOT fill each field the same way with the same thing.
Finally, whatever theme you are using, switch it to the default twenty-twenty three and disable ALL plugins EXCEPT Redux. Whatever your issue, it must be recreatable using a default WordPress theme and JUST Redux running. This is necessary since I do not have access to premium themes and as such, do not support them.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Uncaught TypeErrorI see no error on the page you indicated.
This is an issue for which you will need to contact the theme author. Not only do we not have access to the theme, but we are a developer tool. We don’t support themes that use Redux. Should the theme author discover the issue is Redux, they should contact us with the data that supports their conclusion, and we’ll work with them to address the issue.
Good luck.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] v4.4.7 conflicts with WooCommerce 8.1.1There is nothing the the data you provided that suggests Redux is the issue. The error occurs in WooCommerce. There is nothing in the stack trace that even relates to Redux.
This is something the people at WooCommerce will have to look into.
Good luck.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Enable header banner bugHi,
That’s a theme issue, not a Redux issue. Redux is a tool developers too to add options to their themes. The code devs add to their theme to make options work is a theme issue. Consequently, we are unable to support themes that use Redux. That’s the job of the theme author. Please contact whoever that is for support.
Good luck.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Textarea extra empty fields@organizedthemes – My code formatter didn’t do me any favors when I was auditing for WPCS 3.0. Sorry about that.
That message is from a Redux feature that’s not yet been implemented and is hidden. It’s possible another plugin is messing with the CSS on that page and accidentally unhiding it. WP Job Manager is known to do this. If you can hold out until the next version, I’ll remove it. It was something that never came to fruition.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Does not translate settings pagesThe Redux demo isn’t part of the translation matrix. If you look at the sample code included with Redux, you’ll see the text domain is
'your-textdomain-here'This was done to remind developers they need to use their project’s domain name, versus when it was
'redux-framework'and developers wouldn’t change it and then wonder why translations didn’t work. Yes, those were actual issues we had many years ago.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Redux Framework] Bug Sito all’attivazione del plugin@cicccio997 – You may as well. You no longer need it.

In reply to: [Redux Framework] Bug Sito all’attivazione del plugin@cicccio997 – Vendor support for Redux has been removed. It’s causing too many issues. The script it affected will load via CDN exclusively. If the theme author wishes to change this, it’ll be on them to update their code. In the interim, it should work for you now.
