@addweb-solution-pvt-ltd, this is the tutorial that I’ve already check to create the child theme manualy. I tried again, but issues still.

@contentiskey I contacted them, but they ask for administrator username / password. I was hacked previously. I don’t think it’s them, but I prefer to avoid leaving any access to my administration. I would like to try to find another solution first
