Hosting is definitely not an issue here as I’m using GoDaddy hosting for my website as well and everything works fine.
Install plain version of Event Manager and see if it helps. You don’t need a pro version to display widget and calendar.
I’d like two separate pages:
Event Page: where I can see information about bookings and “book now” button which should go to another page with a booking form.
Something like this shortcode:
[event post_id=”122″]#_BOOKINGFORM[/event]Although, I don’t want to create new pages for all single events.

It looks like it’s not outputting any shortcodes.
Can you try the default settings for events widget:<li>#_EVENTLINK <ul> <li>#_EVENTDATES</li> <li>#_LOCATIONTOWN</li> </ul> </li>and see if it works.
Do you have any updates available for events manager?
Are you using ‘Events’ widget? If yes check again your settings they might not be set up properly that’s why it’s not displaying anything.
