Yes! I created the bottom navigation using the template structure, and the navigation above is built previously by someone else. I thought it was going to disappear once I change the theme, but it did not.
This was a redesign project of an existing website, and I do not know where the navigation bar comes from; I am assuming it was created out of customizing the theme. I am having difficulties deleting it and even customize it if I need to.
