Sorry to intervene, but I have a question about this as well,
What exactly is the difference between Paypal Mass and Payout?
I have the same problem as Kafic, it’s hard for me to use Mass payments.
Are Payout single payments to all the vendors? How much are the fees?
Can I pay all vendors once a month with this?
Also, @kafic, how did you fix this?
