hey it looks like you did find a way to reduce the padding between the header image and the text.
How did you fix that issue?
I tried the methode @hardeepasrani mentioned but that unfortunately didn’t do the trick for me

I have the exact same problem but unfortunately this method didn’t work for me.
I run WordPress 4.7.3 with Shop Isle Version: 2.1.14.
I tried all 4 of the options both in Custom CSS and in the Child Themes style.css file but none of it worked.
Do you have any other ideas why this isn’t working and how it could be fixed?
