Okay well I spoke with 1and1 support and they told me that my issue should be resolved within 24 hours. Thanks for the help.
So they are blocking me even though my login info is correct?
I’ve also tried resetting my password from the admin login screen. I type in my email and hit enter and the page times out with the same results and no email.
Also it might be helpful to add that the url I get when I go to login to my admin panel is http://www.dutchcrafttruss.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.dutchcrafttruss.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1
Not sure if this matters because its url usually just ends in /wp-login.php
