Wow, I have been trying to debug this for a long time now without any results. Thank you so much for sharing your conclusions! We host on Siteground too and use NGINX Direct Delivery.
Did you simply disable NGINX Direct Delivery alltogether? Or did you make specific exclusions for it? Because I’d prefer not disabling NGINX Direct Delivery (as it is a very high traffic website). You mentioned making exclusions for the Dynamic caching.

nevermind i figured that out!
is there, or will there be a option where you can click an element, to animate it? instead of on the page load.
Like, when i click an image, it will animate a text.
