@bakiyisite0 This issues has been resolved and we released new version. Just update free and pro version to 3.8.4

Note: it was a minor security issues.

I think you are using FSE/Block Theme that’s why Appearance → Menus doesn’t exist.

To change a menu in a WordPress block theme, use the Full Site Editor (Appearance > Editor), click the header/navigation area, and use the block editor to drag, drop, add, or remove items like pages, links, or buttons; then save changes
