  • I’m experiencing experiencing something similar except that it’s only when my customers use Android phones:

    When they click to buy an item they’re taken to PayPal but immediately are looped right back to their cart without being able to complete the payment. If they have access to a computer than they’ve been able to complete the transaction.

    All the latest plug-ins for both WordPress and Jigoshop have been kept updated. WordPress 4.3 ; Jigoshop 1.17.7 ; Premium Shipping 1.4.7

    The tech support at our webserver, DreamHost have looked into this recurring problem and recommended your assistance since it appears to be within the shop coding.

    Is there a solution?

    This is the exact same thing that happened with the previous 4.2 update. That time WP support said it had to do with hosting error log.
    I had to notify the good Support people at my host servers, DreamHost to resolve the problem, which they quickly did.
    It’s quite alarming that this is happening again.

    I too am unable to access the dashboard and am receiving the same message after upgrading to 4.2.
    No matter what I try it keeps looping me back to my site’s homepage.

    Please help.

    Thank you for relying with this info, Paul.
    It’s reassuring to know that a new release is in the works as I’m pretty hopeless at the nuts and bolts. I have access to the server but am at sea on how/where to upload the files, with your info I’ll explore and see if I can work through this.

    Any idea of a projected 1.17.2 release time?

    Thanks for resolving the problem.
    I’ve downloaded the software but don’t know how to upload it to the website.
    Sorry for my ignorance here. I’ve always just used the Plug-in updates or have my webmaster – who’s not available, do the inner workings.

    It’s good you found this thread. Don’t let this temporary (we hope!) issue put you off on using Jigoshop. It has great features that you can adapt to your needs, and seems to handle well huge bursts of buyers.

    The query title shows that this has been resolved but I’m still not able to set the Feature Image for our individual Products.

    Seven hours ago I was assured that an update taking care of this problem would be released shortly.

    Is there an estimate of the time frame when it will be fixed? I need to alert my customers if the pre-announced update of our products can’t take place at the designated time.
