If you mean the flashing on mobile devices like the iPhone, I found out that you can fix it by editing the mystickymenu.js, or the mystickymenu.min.js. You need to change the OnResizeDocument-function and add onScroll(); before the end and at the same time remove the 2 lines where the classes wrapfixed and myFixed are being removed – no more flickering 🙂
