We’re having this exact same issue (the woo theme we’re using is Spectrum) but after reading through the comments I’m still confused as to how to solve this problem. Do I need to deactivate all my plugins? Or re-install the theme? Is there a particular plugin that is causing this?
Has anyone had issues with SOME of the notification emails going through and others not? Our form is set up so once it’s filled out, 4 people get e-mail notifications, but only two of the four have been receiving them. And it’s not getting stuck in their spam filter.
