In wp-options:

permalink_structure = /index.php/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/
These match what I can see in the WP editor settings.
rewrite_rules has a ton of text and includes a bunch of references to index.php, mostly of the form s:20:”index.php/…”; where 20 is a lot of different numbers.
Is that what you meant? This is my first time working with WP.
