I believe it does make it easier as all the SEO tasks are built into the plugin. If you had to do the same building a site with Dreamweaver for example you would have to generally apply the SEO data to each page or build a template.
I’m having the same problem, all emails are picking up my admin email address as the sender and not the actual user sending me an email via the contact form?
