Thanks for the replies. Being new, I am probably not asking my question correctly. Please bear with me as I try to ask it again:

My site is hosted by 1and1 Internet. Is there a way for me to simply upload my code through my SFTP client to my 1and1 Internet server and simply tell WordPress.org to use my HTML, CSS, JavaScript files instead of a WordPress theme?

And… still be able to use some of the plugins and widgets in WordPress.org?

Are there themes that have controls to edit the site title attributes and the tagline without using CSS? If so, what are some themes that come to your mind?

That’s what I thought. And I can do that in minutes. But, are there themes which allow 3 “buckets” side by side in the header area where I can upload images into those buckets? If so, which themes come to your mind?
