I thought they were generated by Contact Form 7, but looking into it more, I think they were generated by an additional plugin that looks like it’s no longer supported.

Thank you for your help! I didn’t build the site and am trying to untangle everything. I will see if I can find another plugin to perform a similar function.

Never mind! I was able to change it by adding the following to my theme’s custom css:
```
.saboxplugin-authorname {
font-style: italic;
}
```
