It seems to be fine if i make all the image files the same size as the team member box (150px x150px)
If the image used is smaller than the box size then the image tiles and if the image used is bigger then only part of the image is shown.
This is only an issue in ie8 and previous – everywhere else it looks great.

Thank you very much, I would like 14px in the main body text of the Site and 12px in the footer only.
I tried adding:
.styles #page .site-info a { font-size: 12px; }to my child stylesheet and there was no change within the body or the footer (no change anywhere)
