So generally speaking, although not in all cases, I should be able to access from various parts of China?

How do you do this? What is the content/themes directory and how do you upload into it?

In reply to: Do I have to use a pre-made “theme”?Ahh, so I just went to this Web site: http://www.w3schools.com/css/css_colornames.asp, and if I just take those color names and play around with it a bit I should be able to change all of the colors?
Also, can you do that with any theme, or are some set the way they are?

In reply to: Do I have to use a pre-made “theme”?Just from my understanding of playing around with things is that making your own is quite technical, ie not something the average guy can do in 10 minutes on a Saturday afternoon.
Really, all I’d like to do is take one of the basic themes, say WordPress Classic, and make the color scheme my own. Is that possible?
