I am pretty confused because WordPress.com is my hosting provider but when I asked for help from them they sent me here. Now you are sending me back to them. What steps do I need to take to move forward?

I am unable to access the site through WordPress.com because it keeps telling me to check my site’s Jetpack plugin. I am not entirely sure what to do with the DNS setting but I am able to sign into Encirca where my domain name is registered and there is an option to manage DNS yet there is no indication of any problem on that site.
