I work with athletes and they do some sports psychological test to make sure they are doing good and to help me do good. I measure different scales but normally do it the old fascion way with pen and paper. But I want to do it at my hompage instead. And also allow others to use the test without working directly with me.
The test is used in sports psychology around the world and used to determine how to help athletes and there motivation for doing there sport and that’s what I mean by mindset.
I use the test for follow up doing competitions the atletes do the test every day to keep track of there state of mind. I use the results to evaluate and prepare for the next competition.

I need a score between 1 and 5 as the final result to compare the results with the official literature.

Goal orientation score = 1,2
Winning orientation score =2,1
Competition orientation score = 3,1

The one with the lowest score determines the behavior and focus of the athlete.

The solution with the change of score works but will not give me the data to compare with old data and data from others.

I have 25 questions with 5 answer with a value from 1 to 5

13 on goal orientation
6 on win orientation
6 on competetive orientation

I need to compare the average of the difference scores to determine the score between 1 and 5 and which is the lowest that determine the orientation of the client.
