Thank you for the reply.
That is exactly what I found out and exactly what I did to fix it (after I stopped have a heart attack because I couldn’t access any of my sites) and now everything is back to running smoothly again.
When I calmed down I started doing research and asking questions.
I learned all kinds of stuff about Linux and Chmod and a few other things.
Crises always seem to bring about learning opportunities.
One last note about this minor catastrophe… I did not yell at anybody or anything.
I stopped what I was doing, played with my two yr old son for a bit then I I vacuumed the carpet for my wife.
It seems that most mistakes can be corrected in this computer stuff but it sure is scary right when the mistake happens.
