In reply to: [WCPOS - Point of Sale (POS) plugin for WooCommerce] Will this work offline?Hi Kelly,
Support for offline is not available at the moment but it is something I am working towards. Please keep an eye on the roadmap for more information on when this feature is expected … certainly by version 1.0
Kind Regards,
PaulThanks!

Hi,
This forum is for community support only. Pre-sale questions for the Pro version need to made via support@woopos.com.au
Kind Regards,
PaulI haven’t seen this bug before. Can you go to http://demo.woopos.com.au/pos and confirm the checkout works okay?
This should be resolved in version 0.3.3. Please leave a comment if you are still having problems after the update.
Hi Rosquill, you make a good point. I have updated the plugin today with some urgent bug fixes and I have also split the development into two branches, one for bug fixes and another for the features. Please read this blog post for more information.
Please note the instructions in the blog post for getting your missing POS orders back onto the main admin screen.

In reply to: [WCPOS - Point of Sale (POS) plugin for WooCommerce] view pos page errorIt looks like you have a folder in your root directory call ‘pos’, you should remove this.

In reply to: [WCPOS - Point of Sale (POS) plugin for WooCommerce] view pos page errorSounds like you need to enable permalinks. There should be an error message in your WordPress admin with a link to permalinks settings. There is also a post about this in the FAQ: http://woopos.com.au/faq/getting-404-error-page-found/
WooCommerce made some changes to the way they handle orders in version 2.2. I will be releasing an update soon which fixes the compatibility issues.
Hi Gaby!
Sorry for the late reply.
Most cash drawers open with a signal from the receipt printer, so if you had a receipt printer that could print HTML then that would be possible. Unfortunately, only very new receipt printers can print HTML (or XML) at this stage.
I do have plans to make the POS compatible with other receipt printers but to do this I will have to create native apps to get the required permissions … this is on my roadmap but will likely take a few more months development to get there.
I’m sorry, I can’t help you with that one either, class-wc-pos-registers-order.php is not a file from this plugin. It is possible you have another plugin called WooCommerce POS installed and this is causing the conflicts.
settings_errors is not a WooCommerce POS function. Can you check the file path and confirm the error is coming from a woocommerce-pos file?
Hi Tom,
I do plan to have a separate products page for quick stock management, I think a lot of people would like this for stocktaking.
This feature will be coming to the Pro version soon. If you keep an eye on the changelog I will announce it when it is available.
Kind Regards,
Paul
