  • Hi Handy,

I’m having the same problem. I ran the script and received the error message. I have no idea how to access my SQL to make the necessary changes. Is this something you can walk me through?

Thanks Handy. That helps a lot. However, now once I have put this into the Loop, I get a related posts link for my “about” page at the bottom of the page.

I believe that this normallly appears on the side rail…

can you provide some guidance as to how I might fix this issue?

    Thanks!

Got it this helped…I’m good to go!

    Thanks!

    Hi Grant & Handy Solo,

It looks like I’m getting the exact same error. However, you lost me on the changing of the CHMOD piece. Essentially, what I’ve done was:

    1) Changed my permalinks to the custom structure: /%postname%/ so that my blog post titles would show up in the URL.

    2) I downloaded Notebook C++ and copied in the language that WordPress gave me at the bottom of the “Customized Permalink Structure” page (under Options/Permalink in my WP dashboard)

    3) I saved as .htaccess and uploaded into my file manager under /publlic_html/

I do see the “644” for that you mention Grant but I’m at a loss as to what I can do to go from there.

Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
