For anyone else that might find that they have this problem in the future, it ended up being a problem with the theme I was using.

Everything was coded correctly but when I changed to a different them the random image worked in Firefox.

OK, I am sorry, I didn’t realize that you had to have the larger UTW plugin install first. I have since installed it and it goes show on the sidebar but it doesn’t show any tags? I thought it would pick up my categories as tags. Thanks.

What is the difference between the plugin being activated and the UTW being activated? Aren’t they both the same?

I downloaded the plugin, uploaded it to my plugin directory and then went to the plugin in the backend and then activated it, just like I have all the other plugins I have used? Am I missing something?

Yes, the plugin is activated (see image link below for screen shot), and all I did was drag the widget over to my sidebar.

I have since tried to reinstall it, upload just the .php file and changes options to have it show a different template, different number of items, change from alphab, to popular, all get the same response except one option takes the error from line 39 to line 42.

    Any suggestions?

http://www.ki4wlr.com is where the blog is located but the widget is not loaded right now as it removes the left side sidebar all together and errors out on the widget itself.

I am sure the sidebar on the left is not showing just because of the location I put this plugin (just below the category box). Thanks.
