Hi! I´m having exactly the same issue… I woke up this morning and I saw the same tweet posted a lot of times (more than 8 for sure) in different intervals (every 30 mins, every 8 minutes, etc…).
I tried to reinstall, but the problem´s still here.
In fact, I noticed that this post is not removed from the queue, but this is the option I checked.
I have had to deactivate as well.
