Thanks. I’ve seen the advice to reset the plugins, but I don’t understand how to do that. I did try to figure it out, but where can I find step by step instructions for someone who’s never had to do any more advanced WordPress maintenance? I’ve been using WordPress for years, but never had to resolve a problem, it always just worked, so when I see instructions like “unpack the zip file” or use FTP I’m lost.

By the way, I don’t need Tierra, if that’s the problem I could just delete it I suppose (if I knew how).
