When using Woo-Commerce payment gateway, the inventory is managed independently by Woo-Commerce. Therefore, the inventory is not synced with the Clover Device. It uses the Woo-Commerce Inventory.

Yes, it has the option to deduct inventory count.
Once the inventory is imported, you would ‘enable’ track stock: It’s found in the store settings of the Smart Online Order Plugin on the WordPress dashboard. Once the Clover inventory count reaches 0 it will say “out of stock” on the website.

With WooCommerce Clover Payment Gateway you can use your Clover POS to accepts payments from your Woo-Commerce Shop Page. It will send the Online Orders to the Clover POS using the Smart Online Order App. It will allow you to keep your Clover Inventory and Woo-Commerce inventory separate. Orders can either auto print to your Clover POS or you can have it manually print.

Sorry for the late reply. Just saw your message. We don’t normally monitor this section. We will try to monitor it more often.
Pop-Ups work based on the modifier group. I just tested it and POP-UPS did work.
I tested the Acai Category and everything worked fine.Also, check to see if you don’t have any cache plugins installed. If you do, then do the following so it doesn’t cache specific pages.
I would recommend using Store interface 3 as that is better suited for your type of business and overall look.

Sorry for the late reply as we don’t normally monitor this section.
We will try to monitor it more often.
This plugin doesn’t work with WooCommerce. It works independently and doesn’t need Woocommerce.
Once you install the plugin, you simply import the inventory and everything will be created for you. Next step is to simply add images (optional) Most customers don’t add images. If you decide not to add images. You can have your online ordering setup in less than 10 minutes as it pulls all the data from your Clover.
I understand you may already have Woocommerce, but if you want your WordPress website to work with Clover, then you may need to disable Woocommere because at the time of this writing, WooCommerce don’t integrate with Clover and won’t send the payment to the Clover POS. It also doesn’t import the inventory from Clover to your WordPress Website.
If any developer is reading this- we just added documentation showing that you can create your own store interface. (Currently there are 5)

It will depend on the number of changes you make. In most cases, if you make a few changes it will automatically sync. If you make a lot of changes, it is recommended to perform a manual sync from your WordPress dashboard. To do this, you would go to Clover orders, settings, import inventory, then scroll down and select manual sync. We are working to improve this feature so it always remains synced. By time you are reading this, we may have already added the auto-sync feature, so please check the change log for the latest features.

I’m glad you asked this question. Unlike a lot of other online ordering solutions where you have to constantly monitor your e-mails for an Online Order. This plugin along with the Clover app “Smart Online Order” prints the orders automatically just seconds after it has been placed. It also alerts the business owner with a pop-up message on the Clover screen. It can also be setup where the merchant can get an e-mail along with a text message.
Also, if the business owner has a kitchen printer, it can be setup to have the orders sent directly to the kitchen printer while the customer receipt can be sent to the Clover POS. This makes everything effortless. We put a lot of work and effort to make it very user friendly so the business owner can focus on running their business and not worrying whether an Online Order came through or not.

In reply to: [Smart Online Order for Clover] NotificationWhat you have to do is open the “Online Ordering for WordPress” App from your Clover POS then select notification settings and adjust the settings. Your Clover will play a sound when a new order is received and you will also notice a pop-up. You can dismiss the pop-up by swiping left or right. You can also touch outside the pop-box to remove the notification. Furthermore, you can just elect to have only the receipt to print when an order is made without any pop-up notifications. All of this can be done from the notification settings.
You can also receive e-mail notifications by placing your email address in the plugin settings. From the plugin, go to clover orders, then settings, then you can add a few email addresses. For example, you can have an email notification sent to the owner, the delivery driver, the manager, the cook. This all depends on your business preference, but lots of options are given.
