  • What you have to do is open the “Online Ordering for WordPress” App from your Clover POS then select notification settings and adjust the settings. Your Clover will play a sound when a new order is received and you will also notice a pop-up. You can dismiss the pop-up by swiping left or right. You can also touch outside the pop-box to remove the notification. Furthermore, you can just elect to have only the receipt to print when an order is made without any pop-up notifications. All of this can be done from the notification settings.

    You can also receive e-mail notifications by placing your email address in the plugin settings. From the plugin, go to clover orders, then settings, then you can add a few email addresses. For example, you can have an email notification sent to the owner, the delivery driver, the manager, the cook. This all depends on your business preference, but lots of options are given.
