Your not alone – its an issue for me too – and very much impacting my daily work I do on my site. The only other posts I see on this are from years ago and I really don’t understand the fixes.
I’m having the same issue – I’ve tried deactivating and deleting potentially problematic plug-ins. Still no luck. I’m still a beginner user so not really sure how to troubleshoot the problem.
