In reply to: CORS policy error displayed when attempting to login to dashboardThanks for the info. Whilst doing an internet search I realised that the Horizontal Scrolling Announcement was causing this so I uninstalled it as it was not being used anyway.

In reply to: CORS policy error displayed when attempting to login to dashboardI was able to login to the site yesterday and updated WP to the latest version, backed up the site and changed my login password. On attempting to login today I am unable to do so and get the following displayed in the debug console:
Access to XMLHttpRequest at ‘http://juliencayzac.me/files/grab.php?user_login=xxxxxxxx&user_pass=xxxxxxxxxxx from origin ‘http://www.weston-woodturning-circle.co.uk’ has been blocked by CORS policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource.
juliencayzac.me/files/grab.php?user_login=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&user_pass=xxxxxxxxxxxxxx:1 Failed to load resource: net::ERR_FAILEDOther contributors to the website are able to login without any problems. What is going wrong?
Realised I had a redirect on the login but would still like to know what was going on?

In reply to: CORS policy error displayed when attempting to login to dashboardMany thanks James for your reply. For whatever reason when I tried today I was able to login to the site without any issues. I am now upgrading WP to the latest version.
