If your users register on your WordPress site, there is a record of those users. There are also plugins like WooCommerce that keep your customers database.
But if you’re not talking about registered users, then I don’t think there is a plugin for this. Except maybe if you have some clients and want to write them manually in a simple web program installed on your site separate from WordPress CMS.
Hello, Merald. In general, simple themes, themes without much graphics load quickly. You can also make a theme load faster if you tighten its code and use fewer plugins.

Of course, there may be simple themes that have a large code and thus are difficult to load. So in general you have to look in the source code of the theme and make sure that it uses a clean and small code.
