Apparently the problem was because I was using a local version of my site on WordPress Studio. I got it sorted now. Thank you

Thanks for your reply. I tried all 3 options that Updraft is giving me when trying to restore the backup, but none of them worked:
utf8mb4_bin
utf8mb4_unicode_ci
utf8mb4_0900_ai_ci
How do I make my database support utf8mb4?
