Why don’t you check out the footer it has the sponsors and created by links.
I think they will surely be knowing where to get this theme from.

I have just removed the comments block in whole due to spamming problems from my blog.
I do miss the comments and discussions on my blog at http://www.keralpatel.com but then I am fed up of wasting time deleting the comments.
